In March 2024, Iplan Gestión inaugurated its new headquarters in the 22@ technology district of Barcelona, a space that doubles its previous capacity and reflects the growth of the team and the challenges of the future. The office, located in the center of the most important technological hub in southern Europe, now houses more than 200 professionals and is consolidated as the group's headquarters.
This move is not just a change of location: it is a step forward that materializes Iplan's philosophy, focused on talent as an engine of growth, innovation as a culture and a commitment to continuous improvement, equity and transparency. In a competitive sector where attracting the most qualified people is key, Iplan is committed to an environment that inspires, motivates and accompanies professional development.
Settling in the 22@ district reinforces Iplan's position as a reference in engineering. This area is one of the most ambitious urban transformation projects in Europe. Since 2000, its 200 hectares of former industrial Poblenou have become an ecosystem of innovation, technology and talent.
Today, 22@ is the most important technological hub in Barcelona and one of the most important in the continent. And now, it's also Iplan's new home.
The new office doubles the previous area, making it possible to comfortably accommodate more than 200 professionals and contemplating room for further growth.

In June 2024, already installed in the new offices, the official inauguration was celebrated with two events that reflected the dual dimension of Iplan: commitment to its customers and team spirit.
During the morning, a guided tour of the facilities accompanied by an aperitif was organized. The event ended with the words of the Director General, Ricard Querol i Romaguera, and the CEO of Vulcain Engineering Group, Alban Guilloteau, who highlighted the strategic importance of this step for the group's future.
Representatives of entities with which Iplan maintains strategic relationships in the area attended: Endesa, ATL, Redeia, BIMSA, ACA, Enginyeria Oceans, NTI Projects & Construction Management, ENGINYERS BCN, UPC, Salesians Sarrià, Generalitat de Catalunya, Ajuntament de Barcelona and TECNIBERIA.
In the evening, the celebration continued with a party designed for the team. Music, rumba, dance and a festive atmosphere shaped an encounter that reinforced ties between professionals and marked the beginning of this new phase.
